The US SEC filed charges against the founders of NovaTech for running a crypto ponzi scheme that netted $650M. The SEC is accusing the scam of posing as a "crypto investment program" targeting the Haitian-American community.

The huge telegram mini-game Hamster Kombat has disclosed that it has been turning down offers from some of the top VCs in crypto. This game has attracted more than 300M players, setting records for Web3 game development.
Marathon Digital Private Note Sale
Bitcoin miner Marathon Digital plans to sell $250M of convertible notes in a private note sale to help fund further Bitcoin purchases. The miner already holds over 20,800 $BTC, and plans to aim even higher.
